Drawing inspiration from the folk-rock traditions of the 1960s, Cynthia Brando pairs acoustic-driven arrangements with an emotionally rich, resonant vocal delivery, bridging vintage influence and modern expression in a sound that feels both timeless and distinctive. Cynthia has played notable shows at the House of Blues in Hollywood, music festivals and has toured across the country. She has received multiple honorable mentions for her music in the Songdoor International Songwriting Competition and in 2017, she received an honorable mention in the American Songwriter magazine Lyric Contest. In 2019, American Songwriter Magazine gave Cynthia an honorable mention in their Bob Dylan cover song contest, which produced the viral video, "Things Have Changed." Her 2018 debut album, "The Treehouse Trio Sessions" gained positive national and international reviews. Music Connection Magazine included it in their “Top 20 Prospects of 2018” list. Cynthia received first place in the singing category in 2022 in the Topanga Banjo and Fiddle contest. Her latest album, “Sidelines,” (2024) is available on all music platforms. Based in Los Angeles since 2014, she relocated from the woods of Northern California to pursue her dream of sharing her music and connecting through songs and performing.
Ed Tree was born in New Orleans and grew up in south Mississippi at the three way intersection of Country music, The Blues and New Orleans R&B. After falling in love with music as a child, he would go on to play in bands through his teen years and become a professional musician in his early 20’s. He moved to California in the mid-70’s to pursue songwriting and expanded his career by becoming a studio guitarist, recording engineer, record producer and touring musician.
Over the past 40+ years, Ed has produced over 150 albums, including 2 top five Billboard Blues chart releases, and has recorded and/or toured the world with Spencer Davis, Rita Coolidge, Al Stewart, Juice Newton, Booker T. Jones and others. He has played the New Orleans Jazz Fest and The Grand Ole Opry (with his band The Bum Steers) and had his songs on the Top 40 Billboard Country chart with a number one song in Europe.
Ed keeps up a busy schedule as a producer and studio owner, and continues to write and perform as a member of the Tall Men Group in Los Angeles.
