The Blue Dolphins are a Los Angeles based songwriting duo composed of British singer/songwriter

Victoria C. Scott and Spanish five-time Grammy Award winning producer/engineer/songwriter Alfonso G. Rodenas, who have been writing, releasing albums and playing live together since 2012.
